I write about any topic involving the
life sciences or medicine. Cancer is the subject in which I have the
most experience and education, but I enjoy writing about many different
subjects.

Feature articles
Technical articles
I can write prose directed towards a
scientist audience or a general audience without a scientific
background.
Qualifications:
My PhD in nutrition/molecular biology
allows me to understand technical subjects;
my MS in technical and professional communication helps me
write about them effectively.
Experience:
I began writing
about science in 1997. Since then, I have written for numerous clients on
a freelance basis. Unlike most other scientists with a PhD, my career is
completely dedicated to science writing.
